West Division Lake Lewisville Winner 10/26/19

We started out the day crankbaiting a rock flat along the bank where we caught our first fish. We then travelled across the lake to the old Lake Dallas side and square billed a rock point till around 10:30. After that, we went to the marinas with jig fish in mind but didn’t catch anything. We then went to the other marina and caught a few dinks, but nothing special. As we were heading out, we found a rock point with a high spot about 20 yards from the shoreline. We square billed the high spot and caught all the rest of our keepers while they were feeding.

Trition and Brady from Azle had five fish for 17.27 to take the win.

It is the goal of the Texas High School Bass Association to provide a venue where high school students have the opportunity to compete in organized tournaments while establishing strict guide lines and academic standards that will allow our student anglers to excel in the class room and on the lake.
